One wishes there was more details but the author does mention specific formulas. I'm a fan of Lucius Shephard and have not read enough of his stuff. The backcover says: beginner:yes, intermediate:yes, advanced:yes. If he isn't complying with a stage, he looses independence to do them himself.. dull . Gluten-free is the main reason I got this book. Still, overall a good read.. Of all the Founders, Adams comes through as a human being with foibles as well as with profound gifts. Mr. This author covers it all -- and in a very realistic way. Actual real world accounts told from the perspective of true industry insiders. I like reading books that are not filled with explicit scenes. Patrick Shand proves that it can go to lower than worse. Consistently good. Excellent condition. I think that a child will enjoy the writing style of this book as it draws you into the world of an elephant while explaining how they live, eat and communicate.
