And didn't need to read any book or internet site to understand nothing of this good book.
Why I won't give five stars for this book? The photos are mainly black and white. He considered retiring, as X-ray evidence showed that nearly all of the joints on the right side of his body were severely arthritic, presumably from leaning over a dental chair, with weight on his right side, using his right arm, hand and shoulder, for so long.
