Visionary Pricing is dedicated to Dan Nimer, pioneer of pricing and price management. The volume features leading edge thinking from today's preeminent pricing thought leaders from North America, Europe, and Asia who originally came together 30 years ago to encourage the development of pricing. They now assess the present and future destiny of pricing, pricing innovation, and pricing paradigms that are influencing the evolution of pricing throughout the world. The volume contains four sections: Section 1 interviews Nimer and presents his views on the emergence of value-based pricing as an influential pricing paradigm of the 21st century. Section 2 focuses on pricing strategy and competitive advantage.Section 3 focuses on the defining role of value in pricing. Section 4 focuses on pricing capability and innovation.

Editorial : Honoring the work of Dan Nimer, a pioneer in the study of pricing as a practical business discipline, Smith (management, Boston College) brings together other influential scholars of pricing in order to explore the contemporary development of the field. Following a retrospective of Nimer's career and contributions by Nimer and editor Smith on the founding principles and strategies of discipline, 13 chapters are presented in sections devoted to pricing strategy and competitive advantage, the role of value in pricing, and pricing capability and innovation. There were a few points I didn’t like about each book, but that was to be expected. I've enjoyed the volumes on Hamilton, Madison, and the rest, but none really compare to John Adams.

Adams' long public career, familial relationships with his wife Abigail and son John Quincy, his lifelong habit of keeping a diary, and his natural tendency to let his opinion be known provides enough source material that the LoA is justified in releasing three volumes on him alone.

This third volume consists of his time as Ambassador to Great Britain through his tenure as Vice President, President, and retirement. As the title suggests, this book is for researchers faced with 'real world' challenges like limited time, money and the need to address a presenting problem or issue. Ashdown-Hill's superb works in the field of fifteenth-century English history.. Introduction to Nernst-Planck Law

I also loved the way author introduces "activity". Enjoyed the sibling rivule
