She advocates that looking good is not about wearing the latest fashion, but knowing what makes you look good and wearing it. I've already rebuilt a few engines, so that wasn't all that helpful and I pretty much just went at it without the guide. Drug companies cannot bottle them and charge 9 bucks a pill, so the trials will not be forth coming anytime soon!
I've purchased the book, and tried almost every supplement reviewed, and have found some real gems. I must agree to some extent that some (but not all) of the beauty instruction/info within this book is fairly basic. Beyond Attack gave the insider's story of what a person can experience after such a horrific event. Four stars because there is nothing better out there for the price. A tremendous book. Sometimes the footing is as unsteady as walking the earth after one of those Peruvian earthquakes.
