I highly recommend it.. Good clean family story I like the Bakery back round . I can't figure out if the purpose of this book was a bid for sympathy or to complain about Sammy Gravano, who, for all his faults, seemed to find a better writer, as well as editor, for his own book. Given the brain of the reader (mine) and the nature of the material, I can only say, hallelujah!
This volume sometimes reads like a scientific textbook that fell out of a UFO. Quite a few of the herbs I'd never heard of before, even though I've been experimenting with natural supplements for years.
I like the authors approach, because he's conservative on his dosage recommendations, he does not make wild, outlandish claims about these supplements, and he readily admits when clinical trails are lacking.
What else could you ask for ?
