Most readers will find it dated and dull.
I loved it because it presents the evolution of automotive technology in its early years from the perspective of someone who was both an informed eyewitness and a major contributor. After reading, the book becomes a pile of loose pages.
P.S.: After reporting the poor quality, Amazon immediately contacted the vendor who went great length by sending me another brand new book of good quality. Everyone has interviewed Joe Sutter, the "father of the 747",Chief Engineer on the project, and now he's written his own account.
It's his personal story as well as the making of history in aviation. Would recommend for practicing PMs with a few years of experience before reading.. It was Boeing's Jumbo Jet, a double-deck airplane. The book is a great reading. History was made in Everett, WA 40 years ago when the "Queen of the Skies" was developed and built.
