Just thought I'd give you my 2 cents on "The Bios Companion" The front cover pretty much says it all -- "The book that should have come with your motherboard" I am quite impressed with the vast bios settings covered and the background information provided about memory, buses etc. Some settings were only touched upon but, I think the important information came through when I needed it and there's sooo much in there, after all. Thanks to Phil Croucher for a respectable piece of work. -- Anthony Moretta
Regards the BIOS book, I used it the day it arrived and at least twice a week since. I work seven days a week. I will, I have no doubt, continue to use it for as long as the pages don't fall out and become un-readable. PS My wife is a technician as well and refers to the book as
My son had me order this book for a school assignment. But those who read Circle of Greed with an open mind may learn a little bit about one man's story, as well as a bit about the strengths and weaknesses of class litigation. Keep them coming.. I don't want to ruin the surprise for you as a reader!)
This is the kind of current writing that I would like to see high schoolers reading and discussing. This is a bad example of when someone who has no idea of what the hell are they doing takes a pen and starts pulling stuff out of their ass. Thanks for the play. The story has a great lessson and the pictures are lush and rich. So Livingston's big finale, which probably appeals to about 95 percent of the American population (meat-eaters, liberals and conservatives alike, always enjoy seeing a decades-long defector returning to the fold), is a colossal disappointment to me. Lije suffers many losses on the way, but gains as well.
