Timmy wanted to be a full reporter. Computer books should be written with simple examples and then work to more complex examples. Code is well written and commented. It's the actual meaning of the prayer, "Lord, give to me the desires of my heart", meaning, put your own desires within me. These in fact are even more important in a country like the US where our political liberties are guaranteed. Very good authors make the readers aware of fourth thoughts, even if they don't always state them. Even Feiler seemed to think that the idea about making family trips more like an extreme competition (think: Amazing Race) was a little absurd.
On the whole, though, this was a quick read with some useful ideas. Not even "The Mists of Avalon" can touch it.
Arthur himself narrates, and while his voice and sensibilities may strike some as too modern and cynical, he fits the portrayal of a chaotic, Romanized society awaiting its inevitable doom. And for more very good Christmas books
