In this time of constant price objections, using Dave's techniques allow us to develop more meaningful partnerships by truly understanding our customer's needs.. At the same time, he was more amused than ashamed of his pro-Stalinist position, since, at least ideologically, Stalin's government was committed to improving life for its citizens. Good, the list is too short thouh. The author takes you from no knowledge all the way to professional competence in the span of 700 pages.
