I bought this book for 7th graders and it seems appropriate for that age level. If you are in business, you'll probably be familiar with some of the concepts he's quoting, like "How to get to Yes" author William Ury, Stephen Covey's 7 Habits, and Agile development. The book is a bit repetitive, which was very annoying to me since I don't require that much repetition and reiteration of the same idea in 10 different ways to get the concepts.
I would have been much happier with this book, had it been more directed toward a specific age range. They are wonderful.. Every time I open the book to read I see an amazing story about the life and memories of those who knew a Pullman Porter. Though I just read the book and we are starting to practice, I haven’t seen tremendous results yet but I can say that the arguing that we did over every single thing has lessened in the past to day.
