Chris can't find a way to do it until there's a car accident. This really is one of the most superbly-written books on nutrition I have ever read! And believe me I have a lot of books on Nutrition. And didn't need to read any book or internet site to understand nothing of this good book.
Why I won't give five stars for this book? The photos are mainly black and white. A person or a 'spaceman'.
Sure, there are a lot of skeptics and naysayers but on the other hand, there are most likely even more believers. Grainy pictures, poor ink quality, and very few good photo's to rely on for help. Geoff is able to contact Chris through Sarah and tells her she must wear a certain necklace and go back in time. She never fails to amuse and enthrall.. It's a great way to educate yourself about the condition, especially when you have close friends or family suffering from depression..
