This chic book offers practical information in straightforward vernacular. The products listed were also readily found, nothing too funky. It's hard for me to go completely "Vegan" or "Vegetarian", but I'm still experimenting with this lifestyle and the benefits. Thank goodness we get to have part of the story from Tanner's point of view. I'd give this a 4.5, and am looking forward to the next book. It would not be worth reading if it were free.. It would be a great book to give to clients starting treatments, students, or family members.. I bought this as a gift and was somehow expecting a bit more for the price. This is a delightful romp with a romantic spark. If you love lyrics (as I do) and really listen to the words a singer is putting out there, you will love reading this book.
