Matthew Lippman is Professor Emeritus at the University of Illinois at Chicago and has taught criminal law and criminal procedure in the Department of Criminology, Law and Justice for more than thirty years. He has also taught courses on civil liberties, law and society, and terrorism and teaches international criminal law at John Marshall Law School in Chicago. He earned a doctorate in Political Science from Northwestern University, a Master of Law from Harvard Law School, and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar. He has been voted by the graduating seniors at UIC to receive the Silver Circle Award for outstanding teaching on six separate occasions and has also received the UIC Flame Award from the University of Illinois Alumni Association, as well as the Excellence in Teaching Award, Teaching Recognition (Portfolio) Award, and Honors College Fellow of the Year Award. This book is really dealing with the issues faced by any new manager and for the most part the book has nothing to do with lean principles or practices. Much more detail and step by step instruction would be helpful in this book. Series was good, Love Erica Stevens, reading her Captive series now.. Bible study with a small group of coworkers. I found my eyes glazing over and had to re-read everything. There are a lot better books out there on this topic.. This adorable story is full of funtastic illustrations and easy to read rhymes that keep young pre-readers and readers engaged from beginning to the very end.
