It really is a remarkable book!
My only criticism pertains to the format and presentation. The author urges believers to battle the problem of evil through "love actualizing" prayers that trust in God's power because "God's ability to change our hearts and actualize authentic love is far more precious than the notion of libertarian freedom."

With its hefty selection of works to see and be inspired from, With clear sections and a selectiveness uncharacteristical of carter, this book can be used over and over again, and you can always find something new in it.
It is also of great value. Though his Christian parents readily accept the missionaries message and the Book of Mormon they are given, they are completely unprepared for the backlash they face when neighbors find out about their baptism and new faith.
