I can't really rate the book with zero stars when I have yet to finish it but every time I try reading this I get completely bored and stop. great condition. Great story line. This book is well written and easy to understand. For this there is a good reason. I use the activities to help me focus sessions - especially when there's limited time, then to assign counseling homework, and to guide follow-up sessions. I was very pleased with the content of this book. After waiting a couple of years for the 3rd book I think my expectations might have gotten a little too high for this one. I would have missed one of the best books that I've read this year.
