Editorial : About the Author Woody Lane, PhD, is a nationally-known livestock nutritionist and forage specialist who owns the independent consulting firm, Lane Livestock Services. He is an expert on sheep and beef cattle nutrition, pasture management, and grazing techniques. He teaches courses in livestock nutrition and forage management to ranchers in western Oregon and facilitates a number of rancher study groups. He also helped to develop the classic SID Sheep Production Handbook, served as the operations manager for the American National Sheep Improvement Program, and created the instructional videos Lambing Time Management with veterinarian Don Bailey. Lane earned his doctorate and master’s degrees in animal nutrition at Cornell University and has published more than twenty-five research articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals. I liked Rory and really loved Adrian. I can only hope that Erica Stevens’ other books are as good as these were – and maybe we even visit the same worlds with new characters. says the vinegar solution puts the misplaced calcium back into solution and re deposits the calcium into the bones and teeth where calcium belongs. Quite a few of the herbs I'd never heard of before, even though I've been experimenting with natural supplements for years.
I like the authors approach, because he's conservative on his dosage recommendations, he does not make wild, outlandish claims about these supplements, and he readily admits when clinical trails are lacking.
