If you're a beginner, I think this book will provide good basic information for you. Everyone should read this book for psychic self defense; unfortunately, not everyone is a believer. A map here is less a luxury I'd say than an essential reading tool to get the fullness of the story. Good print quality.. If this is what a Haynes manual is typically like anymore, forget about it.
